They did a poll once and something like 85% of people thought they were in the top 10% referring to intelligence.

Yes, but I was just pointing out that people need a solid understanding of math or they’ll be taken in by plausible but specious claims. Lies, damned lies, and statistics, as they say.

If I could have one superpower…

I would go with one of the big ones: flight, telekinesis, nigh-invulnerability. Y’know, badassery.

But if I could have two superpowers, I would like to be editor-at-large of the world. The most powerful grammar Nazi in the universe. I think it would be immensely satisfying to make bad grammar, malapropisms, mangled syntax, dangling participles, mondegreens, and all affronts to the literati vanish with a thought. I wouldn’t be smug about it or look down my nose at anyone. Sometimes I just want to stop the nails-on-a-chalkboard sensation I get when someone pluralizes a word with an apostrophe.
